Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026 · Tech Digital Group LLC

This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Digital Group LLC, operator of LocaleFrame, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit localeframe.com, use the LocaleFrame Service or contact us.

1. Who we are

LocaleFrame (the “Service”), available at localeframe.com, is a product owned and operated by Tech Digital Group LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company with its registered office at 11312 E 44th St Unit #262, Kansas City, MO 64133, United States.

Tech Digital Group LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through our website, sales and account management. For content that customers upload or generate in a LocaleFrame workspace, the customer is the controller and Tech Digital Group LLC acts as a processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account and contact data: name, work email, company, role, phone number and billing address.
  • Inquiry data: information you submit through our contact forms or by email.
  • Customer content: product URLs, images, brand glossaries, voice references, scripts and generated videos processed on your behalf.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, render job metadata and API request logs.
  • Device and network data: IP address, browser type, operating system and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Delivery logs: edge CDN request logs for streamed campaign videos (IP, user agent, timestamp, bytes served).

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and the Service is not directed at children under 16.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and secure the Service, including running render jobs you request.
  • To respond to inquiries, provide support and send service and billing communications.
  • To monitor performance, prevent abuse and fraud, and debug failures.
  • To improve the Service using aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. AI processing and model training

The Service sends customer content to third-party AI providers (listed on our Security & Subprocessors page) solely to generate outputs you request.

We do not use customer content or generated outputs to train our own or third-party models, and our agreements with AI subprocessors prohibit them from doing so with data we send through their commercial APIs.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Subprocessors and service providers who process data on our behalf under written contracts, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Runway and Akamai Connected Cloud.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. International transfers

Tech Digital Group LLC is based in the United States and our primary infrastructure is hosted there. Edge caches may temporarily store rendered videos worldwide to deliver them to viewers. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

8. Data retention

  • Account data: for the life of the account and up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting purposes.
  • Customer content and generated outputs: until deleted by the customer, and purged from backups within 35 days of deletion or account termination.
  • Website and API logs: up to 90 days, or longer when needed to investigate security incidents.
  • Sales inquiries: up to 24 months after last contact.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise your rights, email support@localeframe.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. If your data was submitted by a LocaleFrame customer, we will forward your request to that customer. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to operate and secure the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will request consent where required.

11. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), per-tenant encryption keys, least-privilege access controls and audit logging. See our Security page for details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected customers of a personal data breach as required by law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email. Questions about this Policy can be sent to support@localeframe.com or by mail to Tech Digital Group LLC at the address below.
