Billing questions

Something else? Email billing@localeframe.com.
How do I pay?

Place an order from this page. Our sales team then emails an invoice and a secure payment link to your billing contact, usually within one business day, and your workspace is activated once the invoice is paid. We don't take card details on this website.

What counts as one localized render?

One finished video variant for one locale and one aspect ratio, including script, motion synthesis, voice, subtitle burn-in and HLS packaging. A 16:9 and a 9:16 cut for Japan count as two renders. Re-renders after script edits within 24 hours are not counted.

Which models power the pipeline?

Scripting and cultural adaptation use Anthropic Claude Sonnet-class models; motion and presenter synthesis use Runway Gen-4.5 and Act-One; retention scoring runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI; muxing and HLS packaging run on Akamai Connected Cloud (Linode) GPU instances. We pin model versions per workspace so output stays reproducible.

Do you train models on our product assets?

No. Customer assets and generated outputs are not used to train LocaleFrame models, and our subprocessor agreements prohibit training on customer data. See the Security page for details.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed upfront at 20% off the monthly price. Unused renders do not roll over between months, but you can upgrade mid-term and we prorate the difference.

Can we bring our own voice talent or brand fonts?

Yes. Scale and Enterprise workspaces can upload licensed voice references and brand font files; subtitles burn in with your fonts and the voice model is restricted to your workspace.

What happens if a render fails?

Failed jobs are retried automatically up to three times. If a job still fails, it is not counted against your quota and a render.failed webhook is sent with a machine-readable reason.
